The firm was created out of a desire to offer an independent, agile and accessible practice – one capable of delivering demanding legal advice while staying close to clients' operational needs.
The firm offers end-to-end support to French and international clients – from advisory work through to litigation, across intellectual property, unfair competition and commercial relationships – with deep expertise and a pragmatic approach.

A modern approach to legal practice
After nearly 15 years in international law firms, founder Inès Tribouillet chose to create a human-scale practice, in order to favor a direct relationship with clients, greater clarity in the engagement and real responsiveness in handling matters, with no compromise on the rigor and quality of the advice.

Professional commitments
Inès Tribouillet is an active member of APRAM (the French Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners), which fosters exchange among specialist practitioners and contributes to thinking on developments in intellectual property law.
She also takes an active part in several international professional networks. A member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), she sits on the Unreal Campaign Committee, dedicated to raising awareness of the risks of counterfeiting, notably through educational sessions in schools and universities. She also chairs the sub-committee devoted to combating online counterfeiting.

Inès Tribouillet's intellectual property practice has been recognized by several international professional directories.
She was named a “Rising Star” at the Managing IP EMEA Awards (2025 and 2026) and is recommended in the WTR 1000 (2026), which identifies leading trademark practitioners. She also features among the lawyers recognized in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers in the “Ones to Watch – France” category for intellectual property law.
