Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Inès Tribouillet acts for French and international clients on matters spanning several jurisdictions, in advisory and litigation work alike.
With nearly 15 years of experience in international law firms, she regularly handles cross-border issues relating to the protection, exploitation and defense of trademarks, creative works and innovations.
The firm supports its clients in defining and implementing coordinated strategies across several territories, whether to organize the protection of their intangible assets or to conduct multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Depending on what a matter requires, the firm assembles and coordinates a team of foreign correspondents selected on a case-by-case basis, so as to deploy the strategy best suited to the legal and commercial issues at stake, while keeping costs under control.
Inès Tribouillet also takes an active part in several international professional networks. A member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), she sits on the Unreal Campaign Committee, dedicated to raising awareness of the risks of counterfeiting, notably through educational sessions in schools and universities. She also chairs the sub-committee devoted to combating counterfeiting online.
