Maître Inès Tribouillet carries out processing of personal data in the course of her practice, including through the website www.tribouillet-avocat.com (the “Site”).

 

Maître Inès Tribouillet collects the personal data that users provide when they wish to access the services offered by the Site or to get in touch. This data includes, in particular, identification data (last name, first name, email address, telephone number, occupation), data relating to their professional activity (company name and business purpose), as well as any personal data contained in the body of their message or provided in connection with the delivery of the firm’s services.

The processing carried out is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract, for the following purposes: producing, managing and following up client matters; debt collection; processing job applications.

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, for the following purposes: prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and anti-corruption compliance; invoicing; accounting.

  • The legitimate interests pursued by Maître Inès Tribouillet, for the following purposes: business development and outreach; managing relationships with clients and prospective clients; organizing, registering and inviting to the firm’s events; sending newsletters.

DATA RETENTION

Data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the operations for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable law:

  • Client data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus five (5) years, corresponding to the limitation period for professional liability claims.

  • For the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, data is retained for five (5) years after the end of the relationship with the firm.

  • Accounting data is retained for ten (10) years from the close of the financial year.

  • Prospective client data is retained for three (3) years from the last registration for an event organized by Maître Inès Tribouillet.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The data processed is intended for authorized personnel within Maître Inès Tribouillet’s practice, as well as for external service providers and fellow attorneys with whom she works in connection with the engagements entrusted to her (local correspondents, experts, judicial officers, translators, etc.) and, where applicable, for judicial, regulatory or supervisory authorities.

COOKIES
